No one likes making mistakes or being bad at their job, and employees view training and development as a valuable company benefit. Implementing an employee development program
ensures your workforce is inspired, motivated, and consistently learning new skills. This improves your company and makes it a more desirable target for top talent.
The training for this Combo will teach your managers how to build and maintain employee development programs. Your managers will learn to help employees improve their productivity,
reduce mistakes, and build confidence. This, in turn, will create a better work environment and increase employee satisfaction.
The coaching for this Combo will reinforce the skills your managers have learned. They’ll build and strengthen their new skills while learning how to provide employee development to
those they’re teaching.
The newer generations entering the workplace often seek positions that offer coaching and development. Many of them even value these benefits over health insurance and a solid
coaching program will help you retain your industry’s top talent.
The training for this Combo covers the basics of coaching so your established employees can coach new talent. They’ll learn how to teach, support, and guide new employees using an
effective coaching dynamic, all while becoming better leaders
The coaching for this Combo includes guidance as your employee applies what they’ve learned in their first coaching sessions. The mini-lessons will help them take their coaching to
the next level with each passing week so they feel like a pro by the end of it.
Every business owner knows that having employees generates challenges in the workplace. Training, accountability, mediating conflicts, and upholding EEO laws are things you plan to do but never get around to it because it takes up a large amount of your time.
My innovative consulting services will give you back your time and your peace of mind.

This Combo is designed with both productivity and compliance in mind. Poor time management can lead to a sluggish and unproductive workplace and the U.S. Equal Employment
Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has strict laws to protect employees’ time.
Your managers need to have a firm grasp on scheduling and time management to lower your business’s risk of legal trouble and be a role model to other employees.
The training for this Combo teaches managers how to handle both employee scheduling and time management better. From how to identify time-wasters in the workplace to how to solve
procrastination, we’ll go over everything they need to build a solid foundation.
The coaching for the Combo allows me to help your managers put their new skills into action so they can begin transforming their teams. I’ll inspire them to apply their skills so they’re
meeting their scheduling and time management goals.
Because this usually has the added bonus of benefitting the employee’s personal life, it can also lead to a happier workplace!
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity laws (EEO) require strict compliance to avoid costly legal problems. Do your managers know their way around wage and hour laws? Or what
retaliation or workplace bullying looks like? These are crucial compliance issues that everyone needs to be up to date on.
The training for this Combo will teach your managers about EEO laws, how they work, who they affect, and how to effectively uphold them in the workplace. We’ll go over everything they
need to know in a digestible format.
The coaching for this Combo will ensure that your managers remember what they learned and can effectively use it to protect your workplace. I’ll also help them feel confident in
upholding these laws in any situation.
Managing conflict in the workplace is stressful for everyone. And it’s worse when managers don’t have the training for it. From those who fear conflict to those who get a bit too
confrontational, most managers could use better training on conflict management.
The training for this Combo will teach your managers how to maintain tact, patience, and professionalism in difficult encounters. They’ll learn to look at every conflict as an opportunity. They’ll also learn to stay calm and assertive while having difficult conversations, whether they fear conflict or tend to get too heated.
The coaching for this Combo helps managers genuinely change how they handle conflict. I’ll help them use their new skills to enhance work relationships and improve their teams. At the
same time, I’ll offer new mini-lessons to expand on everything they’ve learned.
The most common reason managers don’t hold employees accountable is because they’re uncomfortable with the task. And who can blame them? No one wants to reprimand someone
that they see at work every day.
Honestly, without training on how to address issues with employees, most people find discipline an awkward topic.
The training for this Combo teaches your managers the proper protocol for disciplining an employee and how to make the action effective. They’ll learn how to address accountability, so
employees can grow from the experience instead of feeling reprimanded or discouraged.
The coaching for this Combo is particularly essential. I’ll help your managers apply their new skills in real-life situations. My coaching will provide the support they need to overcome problem areas and feel confident in their role.
This Combo is just what new managers need. It teaches skills that’ll help them shift from being a “promoted employee” to a confident leader.
The training for this Combo will teach your managers skills such as motivation, delegation, communication, performance management, and leadership. In short, it’ll prepare them to
oversee effective teams and make sure your workplace is running smoothly.
The coaching for this Combo will help them build the confidence to use their new skills. I’ll be there to answer their questions, listen to their frustration, process their progress and keep them
Without coaching, many people forget what they learned during training. This is doubly true for new managers, and it’s why I keep them focused—so they can transform their new skills into
positive habits that help them for life.
Linking individual performance to organizational goals and SOP’s is paramount in keeping employees accountable, motivated and productive.
Training employees give them the skills and knowledge to do their job consistently and effectively. This training will teach managers how to train employees effectively and create a plan of action to continue to develop the employee’s
skills and knowledge in the industry.

Employees want feedback and waiting for the annual review to evaluate their performance is not an efficient way to inspire your employees. My uniquely designed system documents and monitors each employee, evaluating their actions in 10 specific areas.
Every three months each employee will receive an Employee Growth Report that shows their current level of commitment to the 10 areas. I will discuss the results during the employee’s coaching session and celebrate their high scores and help them make a plan of action to raise their low scores.
A company Growth Report is given to the owner and reflects the cumulative average of all the Employee Growth Reports, showing the areas of the company that are thriving as well as the areas that need attention.
Do you have employees who are slacking, struggling or conflicting with co-workers? Underlying events, thoughts or misperceptions can be affecting them and with added attention and support – they can find their inspiration again.
In the era of technology and digital intelligence, there is an increased need for human connection, caring and emotional intelligence. I work closely with all employees to inspire understanding, performance, communication, and stress management.
The benefit of employee life coaching creates a strong commitment to your company that increases productivity, accountability and ensures the success of your business.
Speaking with a coach gives the employee freedom to talk through challenges and frustrations about work or life without fear of it affecting their job.
During the coaching sessions, they will be guided to problem solve, effectively communicate, create a plan of action to make changes and learn skills to help them reduce stress, so they don’t take it home to their families.
They will be coached in:
• Problem solving
• Conflict resolution
• Stress management
• Mental wellness
• Work/life balance
The opportunity to grow and develop professional and personal skills is the main reason why a
person takes and stays at a job.
Once an employee is trained it doesn’t stop there, each employee is an authentic individual with specific talents, ideas, experiences and characteristics that represent your business.
Continuously developing each individual employee will keep them invested, motivated, inspired and loyal to your business.
Specific areas I focus on are:
Innovation requires continuous training and my method of “micro-learning,” delivers
bite-sized amounts of information via texts, email, blogs and Vlogs to employees.
Delivering micro-doses of information requires less time than handbooks and stores better in the cognitive memory
The benefits of continuous training are:
