Employees want feedback and waiting for the annual review to evaluate their performance is not an efficient way to inspire your employees. My uniquely designed system documents and monitors each employee, evaluating their actions in 10 specific areas.
Every three months each employee will receive an Employee Growth Report that shows their current level of commitment to the 10 areas. I will discuss the results during the employee’s coaching session and celebrate their high scores and help them make a plan of action to raise their low scores.
A company Growth Report is given to the owner and reflects the cumulative average of all the Employee Growth Reports, showing the areas of the company that are thriving as well as the areas that need attention.
In the era of technology and digital intelligence, there is an increased need for human connection, caring and emotional intelligence. I work closely with all your employees to inspire understanding, performance, communication, and stress management.
The benefit of employee life coaching creates a strong commitment to your company that increases productivity, accountability and ensures the success of your business.
Speaking with a coach gives the employee freedom to talk through challenges and frustrations about work or life without fear of it affecting their job.
During the coaching sessions, they will be guided to problem solve, effectively communicate, create a plan of action to make changes and learn skills to help them reduce stress, so they don’t take it home to their families.
They will be coached in:
• Problem solving
• Conflict resolution,
• Stress management
• Mental wellness
• Work/life balance
